10 Dates (pitted)
1/2 cup Almond Butter (raw, unsalted)
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt
(Serves 3-4)
In a bowl, thoroughly combine almond butter, vanilla, and salt. Split dates the long way without piercing the bottom side, "unfold the dates", and stuff them with approximately 1 tsp. almond butter mixture.
Tastes like candy!
This is a great after-school snack!
