Cabbage-Apple Slaw


1 small-medium head of purple cabbage

1 small apple

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

2 tbsp. EVOO

½ tsp. sea salt

Chop up cabbage and apple and place in a large bowl. Add vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt. Toss to combine. Enjoy with a piece of fish or any other protein of your choice.
